Welcome to PostBot, a multi-platform video publishing service operated by PostBot ("we," "us," or "our") at irida.social. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using PostBot in any manner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including creators, businesses, and agencies.

2. Description of Service

PostBot is a SaaS platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts and automate the publishing of video content across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Telegram. The Service includes:

• OAuth-based integration with third-party social media platforms
• Google Drive integration for media ingestion
• Multi-platform simultaneous publishing
• Content scheduling and analytics dashboards

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PostBot. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

To use PostBot, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

PostBot connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. By using PostBot, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each platform you connect, including:

• TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Instagram and Facebook Platform Terms
• YouTube Terms of Service and API Services Terms
• LinkedIn API Terms of Use
• X Developer Agreement and Policy
• Telegram Bot API Terms

You acknowledge that PostBot is an independent service and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostBot to:

• Publish content that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in spam, unauthorized advertising, or mass automated posting in violation of platform rules
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers

7. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you publish through PostBot. By using the Service, you grant PostBot a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service as directed by you.

8. API Credentials and Security

PostBot uses OAuth 2.0 authorization flows to access third-party platforms on your behalf. We never store your social media passwords. Access tokens obtained through OAuth are encrypted and stored securely. You may revoke PostBot's access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's security settings or through your PostBot dashboard.

9. Subscription and Billing

PostBot offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for maintenance, security reasons, or violation of these Terms. PostBot's functionality depends on the availability of third-party platform APIs, which are outside our control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POSTBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR FAILURE TO PUBLISH CONTENT.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostBot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PostBot at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings; see our data deletion page for the exact steps.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
